LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!!! The Spring 2016 Box of Style was my 3rd box and it did not disappoint, following in line with the other perfectly curated boxes from The Zoe Report and Rachel Zoe herself. If you love fashion, jewelry, beauty and all things fabulous... This box is a MUST! There has yet to be a product, piece of jewelry, or other goodie inside one of these divine boxes that I have not used. Every box is well thought out for the season at hand and the collaborations between some of the designers/companies specifically for The Box of Style have been really incredible and are one of a kind. Now let's talk about how much value you are getting; for the price of a yearly subscription you are getting 4 seasonal boxes, EACH valued at somewhere between $300-$400 a piece. Now if you do the math, you are getting so many amazing, beautiful, wonderful products and goodies year round for the cost of essentially one box?!?!?!??!!! This has been one of the best subscriptions I ever decided to jump on, it is beautifully wrapped, perfectly thought out, and I have received countless compliments on all my goods from the seasons of boxes. Rachel Zoe and the team at The Zoe Report are also really great about giving feedback if you show them love on social media, they are such amazing people and I have had a blast interacting with them throughout my experience as a Box of Style member. I just received my much anticipated first Box of Style. I signed up back in April, hoping to get in on the Summer box, but missed out. While I was I absolutely thrilled with the content of the box, I have been a bit frustrated with their customer service. First, knowing the box shipped around Sept 1, when Sept 9th came and went and I had not seen the box nor any shipping information, I sent them an email. Three days went by with no response. I sent another email, again with no response. My box finally arrived on Sept 14th. Sept 15th, I got a response from them saying that shopping showed my box has arrived, hope I enjoy it, (Which I am). I responded to that email with the feedback that I would recommend they sent out shipping information to avoid confusions in the future. Recently, I started to think - when will I get charged for my winter box? I sent them another email asking about billing. Days later, no response. For the price point of this box, I expect the customer service to match. Anyone else have challenges with customer service or can offer me information about billing? Thanks!

I received my box last week and I loved it. Had not problems with delivery or missing items.
