Same thing happened to me, had them for over a year and my daughter loved them, was charged three months ago and then credited a day later, no more boxes, was just charged again $38 a few days ago, still not credited back this time, however, so waiting to see what happens, their website is not up and running, either, so there is no way to contact them.
