Tried this subscription--they charged me mid-month 1, month 2 week 1 I email them and don't hear back. Month 2 week 3 I email again and don't hear back. Phone number is a little wonky and wasn't working, and finally, finally after emailing another blog I got a response. They had never sent a single email confirmation or anything, yet the charge showed up on my card. I finally got a working number from support, and when I called, they tried to blame me--checked my address, my credit card info, my billing address, the subscription I selected---everything was perfect. They didn't have a record of shipping it, but said that they had. It gets better--the customer service reps you talk to cannot send you an email. It's a different team that does that, and they are not in the same hours as the people on the phone. So in short, there is no communication. This is a very fishy subscription service. Also? In the service agreement, in the fine print--when you sign up you agree to allow them to give out your information to third parties and voids do-not-call lists---they or their third parties can call you. Sounds like a great company, right? I am still waiting for a refund; I really hope I don't have call my cc company.

I just canceled this subscription today. The way I read the signup information was that upon signing up the subscriber would receive a box filled with nail care tools and products plus the typical three polishes offered monthly. I only received three polishes and the customer service via email wasn't very helpful when I contacted them so I phoned in. I spoke with a pleasant lady who was new and she talked to her supervisor and was told that I needed to pay $90 to receive the nail care kit I thought I was to receive free. That seemed a bit pricey to me so I went ahead and canceled my subscription. The polish is a nice quality but not for that price.
