Hello Fresh is a healthy gourmet food subscription service. Every week, they send you all the ingredients and recipes you need to make 3 meals for either 2 or 4 people. You can easily skip weeks and schedule your shipments for when you need them to arrive.

Hello Fresh Canada offers 3 types of meal kit plans to choose from. With the Pronto Plan (starting at $11.67 per meal, or $79.99 a week), you choose recipes from the weekly Hello Fresh menu that can be cooked in 20-30 minutes. They also offer a Vegetarian Plan (starting at $12.33 per meal) of meat-free meals, and a Family Plan (starting at $10.83 per meal) designed to satisfy picky eaters.
