I EXPERIENCE EXACTLY THE SAME. I joined July 21, and I was charged for the July box the 2nd.. and received my box the 7th. I canceled today and the're telling me that I STILL HAVE TO PAY AUGUST EVEN WHEN I ONLY RECEIVED MY BOX 3 DAYS AGO. RIPPED OFFFF COMPLETELY. AND YOU EMAILED.. THEY ANSWER JUST TO TELL YOU THE SAME THING THAT THE WEBSITE SAYS.
